Man charged following cannabis farm discovery in Ormskirk

A man has been charged following the discovery of a cannabis farm in Ormskirk.
Officers from West Lancs Task Force executed a warrant under the misuse of drugs act at a property on Southport Road on Tuesday (21st November, 2023) and seized around 550 cannabis plants.
A man was arrested nearby.
18 year old Sebastian Kovaci of no fixed address has been charged with cultivation of a Class B drug and has been remanded to appear before Preston Magistrates Court this morning.
