Body found in search for missing Thomas Green

Police searching for missing Thomas Green have sadly found a body.

The body was found earlier today (Thursday, Jan 25) in the canal off Bolton Road in Blackburn by underwater search officers.

While the body has yet to be formally identified at this stage we believe it to be Thomas, 37, who went missing earlier this month.

His family have been informed of the development and our thoughts are with them at this time.
