Do you recognise these men?
We would like to speak to them, and are appealing for any other information, after a house was set on fire in Ashton.
The incident occurred in the early hours of November 21st, when two men approached an address on Pedders Lane and put a lit item through the letterbox.
Fortunately the homeowner managed to put the fire out before it spread too far and he wasn’t injured. However this incident could have been serious, or even fatal, and our enquiries are very much underway.
DI George Binns, of Preston CID, said: “This incident left the occupant of the address extremely shaken.
“An investigation has been launched and we would now like to speak to the men in the images as part of our enquiries.
“If you recognise them, or have any other information about this incident, please get in touch straight away.”
