If you would like to say thanks to, or compliment a member of Lancashire Constabulary on their conduct, please use our online reporting site.

Lancashire Constabulary has clear Standards of Professional Behaviour, and anything less from our Police officers and staff will not be tolerated.

If you feel our actions have fallen short of the standards you’d expect, you can report a complaint on our online reporting site.

To assist us in making your complaint, please include as much detail as you have about the circumstances of your complaint, including any names, reference numbers or details of any documents or CCTV that you might have in your possession that might support your complaint.
