Witness appeal after motorcyclist suffers broken pelvis in collision

We are appealing for witnesses after a man was seriously injured following a collision near Lancaster.
Police were called around 1.50pm on Friday, October 15 to a report of a collision on Marshaw Wyre, Abbeystead.
A motorcycle had been travelling along the rural lane when it collided with a Ford Kuga and as a result left the road landing in a ditch.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 50s from Clitheroe, suffered a broken pelvis and was airlifted to hospital for treatment.
Police are appealing for information and urging any witnesses, or anyone with dashcam footage from the area around the time of the collision to come forward. 

Sgt Andrew Hemingway of Lancashire Police, said: “An investigation is underway following a road traffic collision in Abbeystead which has left a man seriously injured.

"We are appelaing to and very keen to speak to any witnesses, or anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage to contact us."
