Andy Rhodes – Chief Constable
Andy is the Chief Constable for Lancashire Constabulary and has 24 years policing experience in a range of areas covering investigations, firearms and counter terrorism. He is the national lead for well-being & engagement; a very new portfolio that is developing local and national approaches to workforce resilience.
Sunita Gamblin - Deputy Chief Constable
Sunita joined Lancashire Constabulary as Deputy Chief Constable in June 2017, after 27 years with Derbyshire Constabulary. Working in a range of roles at different ranks, including a constable on inner city patrol, a detective constable in PPU, a geographic Inspector, an Inspector in Professional Standards, a Chief Inspector in Contact Management, a Superintendent in Criminal Justice and a Chief Superintendent responsible for Corporate Services.
Terry Woods - Assistant Chief Constable
Terry Woods is the Assistant Chief Constable of Lancashire Constabulary andappointed in July 2017. Terry has responsibility for policing services delivered in all Lancashire's Territorial Policing Divisions and the Control Room at Police Headquarters in Hutton. He also leads nationally for the police service on Onshore Gas and Oil Exploration.
Jo Edwards - Temporary Assistant Chief Constable
Jo Edwards is the Temporary Assistant Chief Constable for Lancashire Constabulary and has 24 years policing experience covering a number of complex areas of business across Counter Terrorism, Major Crime and Investigation, Intelligence, forensics and Serious Crime.
As a LGBT Stonewall role model, Jo understands her leadership responsibility, not only as a role model, but in creating an inclusive culture in which people feel they can be themselves.
Ian Cosh – Director of Resources
Ian Cosh joined the force in 2011. Mr Cosh was previously Assistant Director of Corporate Finance at Lancashire County Council.
He started working for Lancashire County Council in 1985 as a trainee accountant. He is a member of The Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA).
Jon Martin - Assistant Chief Officer
Jon Martin joined the force in November 2017, having previously been the portfolio director in Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary with responsibility for Efficiency, Legitimacy, Leadership and Crime Data Integrity inspections. He is on secondment from the Home Office, where he has worked since 2003 in a wide variety of roles in policing and counter-terrorism – he also completed the Police Strategic Command Course in 2013.
He is the lead for organisational development, with responsibility for Learning and Development, Human Resources, Corporate Development, Change, Innovation, Media and Engagement.
